Mr. Anil Menon is the Head of Projects at Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre. With 30+years of professional experience, he is an expert in Project Management from Concept to Commissioning including areas Hard and Soft Facility Management Functions.

He was responsible for Jaslok Hospital’s refurbishment and renovation. The project management included Design, Construction and Commissioning for upgrading the infrastructure to meet the stakeholder’s vision; adherence to statutory requirement; MEPF and interior works in accordance to hospital standards as well as structural strengthening of the building.

Prior to Jaslok, he was the Head of Engineering and Projects at Asian Heart Hospital and a project consultant for Sunrise Hospital as well as Asian Institute of Oncology. Mr. Menon has a Bachelors in Engineering and a MBA in Finance.
