With 22+ years in the engineering field, Mr. Sharadchandra Garud is the General Manager of Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital which is a LEED Certified Gold Rated Building. He identifies measures for cost optimization in MEP engineering services through operational methodology and value engineering. His initiative for reusing condensate water for flushing purpose saved the hospital approximately INR 7.5 lac per year.

He had a major involvement and contribution to set up India’s first dedicated COVID-19 Isolation facility at Seven Hills Hospital in collaboration with BMC to counter the pandemic crisis that included installation & commissioning of LMO Tank & MEP services. Mr. Garud has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Mumbai University.
